Our research focus
Our focus is to provide sustainable solutions in a holistic bio-based approach
Our research spans the entire biorefinery process, from efficiently valorizing agricultural residues and utilizing them as feedstock to obtain value-added products from waste, to optimizing fermentation processes for added-value biomolecules. We also focus on the development and optimization of extraction and purification processes, with applications in circular and sustainable approaches. Our primary areas of focus include the food and textile industries, where we strive to innovate and implement environmentally friendly practices to contribute positively to our society and planet.
